We provide all our superintendents with the necessary tools and equipment. Our superintendents are always available on site and can be reached anytime. Our live out superintendents will be available for any calls and requests. Superintendents are provided a vehicle to handle building related activities more effectively. All our superintendents have the backend support from our mobile emergency team and our administrative staff. Property Managers can rely on superintendents to perform their duties effectively knowing means of transportation to buy supplies and the backend support from Balsam BuildingServices will ensure superintendent success.
